Personal Training
Physical Fitness refers to the ability of your body systems to work together efficiently to allow you to be healthy and perform activities of daily living. Being efficient allows our bodies to perform to daily demands without causing undue systemic and physical stress on the body.It is not just about sport and performance but exercise can create a huge impression on changing chronic diseases through changes to body composition, flexibility, cardiovascular performance, muscle endurance, strength, power and mental health.
Among older adults regaining balance, agility and coordination are very important for preventing falls, and improving reaction time can reduce the risk of serious injury in fally or road traffic accidents.
A Personal Trainer is a specialist practitioner in Physical fitness and exercise programs. They combine expertise with interpersonal and motivational skills acquired through their qualification and lead individuals or groups through goal oriented programs bringing them to better body performance.
Within our practices in Banbury and Brackley we have engaged with highly qualified training instructors who have a reputation and CV for working not only with those wishing to improve their sporting performance, but those who have health related injuries /conditions. These clients require additional programs alongside Physiotherapy or Sports therapy to enable them to achieve a better life.
In our dedicated personal training areas within each practice you can achieve your goals whilst being in the knowledge that you are within a safe and healthcare practice who can offer additional support to any questions you may have relating to your needs
