What types of classes do you offer?

We offer a variety of clinically guided small-group classes , including APPI Pilates Matwork, Antenatal & Postnatal Pilates, Ballet Barre, Adult Ballet, Parkinson’s Warrior Classes, and Flex & Stretch. These classes complement your treatment and help maintain long-term progress.

All programs include ongoing assessment, objective monitoring, and tailored exercise plans . This ensures improvements are measurable, sustainable, and adapted to your evolving needs, helping you achieve long-term health and performance.

Healthcare Insurance providers:
We accept the following insurance companies: WPA, Bupa, Axa, Vitality Health, Aviva & Healix, but we request that you reference your provider before booking an appointment with us. When you speak to our team we will ask for your policy number and authorisation code on booking. We cannot accept post treatment authorisation agreement codes.
Occupational health referrals from any employer

Cash Back firms

We also support most ‘cash back’ firms.
When payment is made do ask us for a receipt with the HCPC membership number which will entitle you to make a claim against your policy.

Post Natal Recovery check: 6–10 weeks postpartum, you’ll have a gentle, 1‑hour review where your specialist checks your pelvic floor function, assesses your recovery, helping you return to movement safely and feel your best for you and your baby.
