They reflect not only the high standard of care we provide, but also the expertise, dedication, and professionalism of our therapists, whose commitment ensures the highest level of service for every client.

How do I pay?

We would kindly ask that clients pay after each session and before leaving the building.

  • By card within the practice
  • Invoice with a BACS transfer within 24 hours of invoice
  • Cash
  • Our pre paid vouchers usually given as a gift token from a friend or family member
  • Healthcare Insurance providers:
    We accept the following insurance companies: WPA, Bupa, Axa, Vitality Health, Aviva & Healix, but we request  that you reference your provider before booking an appointment with us. When you speak to our team we will ask for your policy number and authorisation code on booking. We cannot accept post treatment authorisation agreement codes.
  • Occupational health referrals from any employer

 

Cash Back firms

We also support most ‘cash back’ firms.
When payment is made do ask us for a receipt with the HCPC membership number which will entitle you to make a claim against your policy.

 

Occupation/Employer providers:

We will work for companies who engage with us to support their employees with Musculoskeletal issues.
Please contact the practice manager to discuss the nature of the issue and agreed tariff.
