Why Cassia Health Classes?

Evidence shows that exercise improves flexibility, endurance, improves bone and muscle strength, can assist with pain management, improves mental wellbeing, reduces stress and improves self esteem.

We offer classes which are led by class tutors who have gained  higher accreditation within the specific arena of exercise which they teach. For example, our Pilates and Yoga teachers have gained the accredited APPI ( one of the most in depth and widely recognised Pilates teacher training programs in the world); Our ballet classes are tutored by a former Ballerina and Parkinson's Warriors, by one of our clinicians who is developing a keen interest in this area of health and has undertaken the examinations to teach Parkinson's Warrior classes.

We teach classes, because we believe that helping you helps a better day! Our classes are small, focused and friendly.
