Magdalena is a Chartered Physiotherapist with extensive clinical experience, specialising in Women’s Health Physiotherapy with a particular focus on urogynaecology. She is known for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care, supporting women at every stage of life with professionalism and compassion. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy in 2014 and went on to achieve a Master’s degree from the Medical University of Warsaw in 2022. She has undertaken advanced postgraduate training in pelvic health and rehabilitation, scar therapy and core restoration, enabling her to deliver highly specialised and effective treatment.

Her clinical approach is grounded in detailed assessment and tailored treatment planning, integrating physiotherapy with targeted exercise programmes to restore function, improve strength and rebuild confidence. Magdalena’s expertise includes the management of pelvic floor dysfunction, including incontinence, prolapse and pelvic pain. She also provides pre- and postnatal care, supports patients with pelvic girdle pain and lower back conditions, and specialises in abdominal rehabilitation, including diastasis recti. Her work extends to scar management following surgery, cancer treatment, or childbirth, as well as the treatment of chronic pelvic pain conditions such as endometriosis and sexual dysfunction. She also offers pessary fitting and menopause support.

She is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC PH124460) and is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, demonstrating her commitment to the highest professional and ethical standards.
