We offer a variety of clinically guided small-group classes , including APPI Pilates Matwork, Antenatal & Postnatal Pilates, Ballet Barre, Adult Ballet, Parkinson’s Warrior Classes, and Flex & Stretch. These classes complement your treatment and help maintain long-term progress.

Specialist Physiotherapist within Oncology and Palliative Rehabilitation

I offer 26 years of dedicated service in the NHS having qualified in 2007 I have built a diverse clinical background spanning, MSK, neurological, falls, cardiovascular and respiratory working in both hospital and community settings

In 2012, I expanded my expertise into Lymphoedema management, which naturally led to my current specialism in MSK Oncology and Palliative care in an Out patient and community setting.

Throughout my career I have remained committed to maintaining strong generalist skills in community rehabilitation.

My Philosophy: High-quality, compassionate care rooted in active listening.
