We provide evidence-based physiotherapy for a wide range of conditions, including musculoskeletal injuries, sports-related injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, neurological conditions, chronic pain, and age-related mobility issues. Our programs are tailored to your individual needs.

Do you offer home or care-home visits?

Yes. Our team provides physiotherapy in our clinic, Home Visit Physiotherapy, and Care Home Physiotherapy, ensuring clients with limited mobility or complex health needs can access expert care in a safe, familiar environment.

Who will I be working with?

All of our physiotherapists have over 10 years of clinical experience and are highly trained in musculoskeletal, neurological, and sports physiotherapy. Your care will be tailored, collaborative, and monitored for measurable outcomes. View Our Team

What types of classes do you offer?

We offer a variety of clinically guided small-group classes, including APPI Pilates Matwork, Antenatal & Postnatal Pilates, Ballet Barre, Adult Ballet, Parkinson’s Warrior Classes, and Flex & Stretch. These classes complement your treatment and help maintain long-term progress.

How do you ensure progress is maintained?

All programs include ongoing assessment, objective monitoring, and tailored exercise plans. This ensures improvements are measurable, sustainable, and adapted to your evolving needs, helping you achieve long-term health and performance.
